Fighter Pilot in the Kitchen è un progetto di Phil Brewer. Phil è un ex-pilota di caccia nella guerra del Vietnam che, con la tipica flessibilità degli americani, ha successivamente cambiato totalmente lavoro aprendo una catena di ristoranti.

In questo progetto di logo c’era quindi il difficile compito di far coesistere due mondi molto distanti. Ho proposto  due versioni di logo: una dedicata interamente alla cucina, una più spostata verso il mondo dei caccia.
Il cliente ha scelto la seconda e ha poi chiesto di aggiungere le ali dei piloti USAF.

Fighter Pilot in the Kitchen is a project by Phil Brewer. Phil is an ex-USAF pilot in Vietnam war who, with the typical american flexibility, has changed work completely opening a restaurant chain.

In this logo you can find the difficult task to make two very different word live together nicely. I have proposed two variants: una devoted to the kitchen world, the other to the air force one.
The client had chosen the second and had asked to add the the USAF pilot wings.
